Founded in 2016, Poladrone is a drone start up that focuses on putting forward drones as an industrial solution. Through integrating drones into the existing commercial workflow, we aim to solve operational problems and increase revenues.


The Job

You should be familiar with;


• Fresh graduates are welcome, as are those with 1 - 2 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, sales, logistics, or operations

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify is a plus

• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English

• Computer literacy is required (Advance Microsoft Excel is preferable)

• Must be able to work in the Petaling Jaya area

• Have a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

• Ability to work autonomously as well as cooperatively in a multi-skilled team environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practises

• Willingness to learn and grow professionally

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn


You’ll be able to: 

Order Fulfilment & Stock

• Ensure that SKUs are adequately stocked and that this is reflected in the system and different online stores

• Ensure smooth operation of all online stores, including order fulfilment and logistics arrangements

• Perform stock take and ensure stock balances are correct on a regular basis



• Create and activate products on the online stores and ensure that they are displayed correctly

• Communicate to warehouses any special requirements in relation to offers as necessary

• Liaise directly with relevant team to resolve any customer complaints or issues as necessary

• Work with other members of team to resolve content issues and communicate any customer feedback to team

• Ensure that all aspects of platform content and information, such as product availability, are accurate and up to date


Shop management

• Collaborate with Marketplaces, for example, by participating in online campaigns

• Maximize the commercial potential of online store

• To re-configure the store homepages, update store content, and manage store categories

• To monitor the store for bugs and perform end-to-end testing on fixes

• To become familiar with all aspects of the e-commerce platform and to suggest system enhancements

• Conduct regular competitor analysis to generate new ideas, improve intelligence, and establish new price points

• Collaborate with the performance and content teams to increase inbound traffic to the online stores

• Optimize store content and data monthly

• Ensure the e-commerce website and all online sales channels are operational and report any issues to the appropriate teams


Customer Service

• Track, control, respond to, and escalate complaints in a timely manner

• Share important insights and requests

• Ensure solutions are in place for the customer

• Ensure flawless follow-up on all returns and exchanges

• Provide customers with status updates on their requests within a specified time frame

• Understand the brand's products and sales channels to respond to inquiries and feedback



• Any other duties as may reasonably be required by team lead
