Our proud agritech products are Oryctes and Mist Drones are currently disrupting the agricultural sector! Founded in 2016, Poladrone is a drone start up that focuses on putting forward drones as an industrial solution. Through integrating drones into the existing commercial workflow, we aim to solve operational problems and increase revenues.

The Job:

Poladrone provides different products and services across diverse geographies and industries, the Growth S&P Executive will be in charge of identifying new growth areas and coming up with ideas through data-driven analysis to expand our offerings to build an all-rounded drone ecosystem. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a drone enthusiast!

If you’re a curious problem solver, likes a good challenge and enjoys collaborating with many stakeholders, this role would be the perfect fit! The role involves defining overall strategies, from ideation to experimentation to implementation.

• Responsible for strategizing, implementing and constantly improving Poladrone’s growth initiatives cutting across all key verticals, supported by measurable results
• Define hypotheses, develop and execute necessary experiments to identify opportunities for revenue and demand growth, and effectively communicate new concepts with business stakeholders.
• Work closely with key stakeholders internally and externally to effectively execute growth initiatives and projects

 Job Requirement :

• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in strategy, growth or project management roles. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as well
• Strong analytical skills – able to analyze data effectively, dissect and provide practical recommendations and action plans
• Willingness to travel (including plantations and estates!)
• Experience in managing different stakeholders with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Go-getter mindset to constantly challenge the norm and highly motivated to solve complex challenges

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and dynamic startup environment

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint)
