Our proud agritech products are Oryctes and Mist Drones are currently disrupting the agricultural sector! Founded in 2016, Poladrone is a drone start up that focuses on putting forward drones as an industrial solution. Through integrating drones into the existing commercial workflow, we aim to solve operational problems and increase revenues.

 

The Job:

  • Assist with the creation and filing of purchase orders for new and existing merchandise items.

  • Assist with the creation and implementation of various merchandise promotions.

  • Compilation of competitors pricing to assist when doing monthly pricing

  • Cataloging the products sold by competitors and market leaders

  • Check stock availability with supplier when order is placed by the outlets.

  • Assist superior in stock management by issuing purchase order and allocating stocks to selected branch to support sales activities.

  • Supports inventory management by monitoring slow sellers and take actions to assist in reducing prices or setting promotions as necessary to maintain desired inventory turnover rate.

  • Prepares department and division monthly, weekly, and daily sales reports by collecting and analysing sales figures/trends to ensure timely submission of reports to support decision making of Head of Department.

  • Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management. 

You are:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in any Business relevant course

  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

  • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Meticulous, well organized, a goal getter, energetic and team player

  • Positive attitude, pleasant, hardworking, trustworthy and matured and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to company's values and culture, as well as fast changes within the company.

  • Result-oriented and skilled in developing business plans while initiating the changes necessary to achieve strategic objectives in competitive global markets.

  • Resourceful and work well under pressure

  • Dynamic, hands-on and committed to work long hours to deliver results

  • Have strong planning and negotiation skills in addition to good interpersonal skills with capability to be a team builder as well as a team player

  • Ensure that KPI and all task assigned and deliverables are completed as per the timeline; or earlier.
